Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Refunds, and Class Changes Once a class session has been booked, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or swaps if you are unable to attend for any reason, including illness, travel issues, or personal circumstances. If we need to cancel a class, for example, due to teacher illness or an unforeseen situation, we will contact you as soon as possible. In this case, you will be offered either: A transfer to another available class date, or A credit to be used against a future class. No monetary refunds will be provided unless required by law.
