Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds once booked. You may reschedule your studio hire up to 3 days before the hire start time. Please double-check that the session date and time are suitable before completing your booking. Lounge Cleanliness: The lounge must be left in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived. Any mess or uncleanliness left behind will result in a cleaning fee and may prevent you from making future bookings. Session Timing: Please ensure you vacate the lounge promptly at the end of your booked session. The room must be reset to its original condition by the end of your allocated time.
