Studio and room hire must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

Please book enough time for any set-up and clearing away you’ll need, as this should take place within your booked hire time.

The space must be left clean, tidy and ready for the next booking.

Free on-site parking is available for you and your clients.

The Little Café is available during its normal opening hours for coffees, food and refreshments.

To support our little café, outside food, snacks and drinks aren’t permitted unless agreed with us in advance.

Any equipment or props brought onsite must be safe, suitable for the space and removed at the end of your booking.

Relevant public liability insurance and professional documentation may be required depending on the activity or service you’re providing.

Children must remain supervised by their accompanying adult at all times.

One-off and regular bookings are welcome, subject to availability.
